Bahia Beach known as Little Harbor to residents Achieving the Dragonfly Life: Florida Travel Blog by Heidi VancilBahia Beach & Fishing Pier

Bahia Beach is mostly known as Little Harbor beach to the locals. Bring your volleyball and gather up a team.

During certain times of the year, you may see dolphins and manatees if you bring your kayak for exploring.

Calling all Fishermen: be prepared to catch larger fish during the tide times. Crab hunting is popular along the rocky section of the shoreline.

While there is a ‘no pets’ sign posted, it’s not uncommon to see man’s best friend hanging out with their human in the public section.

Lastly, never pass on the opportunity to watch the sunset go down behind the St. Petersburg skyline including Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays. You will regret not bringing your camera. It’s quite an impressive view!
